Access to Work

Access to Work can help fund practical workplace support and adjustments for people with ADHD. Together, we can explore your needs, prepare for workplace conversations, and help you access the support you need to work in a way that plays to your strengths.

My Access to Work coaching programme focuses on helping individuals understand and navigate ADHD-related challenges that impact their productivity, confidence and performance within the workplace. I use a strengths-based approach, tailoring support to each individual's needs, role and working environment.

I offer warm, neuro-affirming and structured coaching sessions that help clients identify workplace challenges, clarify goals and develop practical strategies that work for them. Together, we explore ways to improve organisation, prioritisation, task management and workplace effectiveness, building sustainable approaches that support long-term success.

Coaching goals are agreed collaboratively and reviewed throughout the programme to ensure they remain relevant to the client's role, needs and workplace objectives.
