About Me
Welcome! I'm Gemma, glad you are here.
I’ve spent over 20 years working in the world of education, with a specific focus on Neurodiversity. I've worked at all levels - class teacher, Assistant Headteacher and Inclusion Specialist. Throughout my career I have always been passionate about helping individuals to be seen, heard and understood.
After having my third child, I went back to work and juggled a demanding career whilst trying to support my family and look after myself. I eventually landed in a period of burnout, which was the turning point me. It gave me the opportunity to pause, re-evaluate and reconnect with what really mattered.
With the help of coaching, I began to reconnect with what energised me - my background in Psychology and a passion for supporting people. I was then able to re-build a career that complemented my busy lifestyle and utilised my experience.
I now proudly work as a qualified Transformative Coach, supporting indivuduals, schools and businesses. My certification with the Animas Centre for Coaching is accredited by the ICF, EMCC and AC.
My work today encompasses:
-
Adult Neurodiversity coaching
-
School-based coaching and supervision
-
Associate coaching for businesses
-
Support for families and young people navigating the world of SEND
Coaching taught me to pause and listen to my inner voice to enable me to re-ignite my drive and purpose.
What is your inner voice saying to you?
I'd love to hear from you.
