Neurodiversity Support

“Neurodiversity is not a disability, it is a different ability.”

Support for parents or recently diagnosed adults

How does neurodiversity show up in your world? For me, it is part and parcel of my daily life. As a qualified inclusion specialist in the education sector, I have over 20 years experience helping and supporting families to understand their children's, and often their own, neurodiversities.

What might neurodiversity support look like for you?

I work creatively and create bespoke packages to suit your needs. Our work together could look like:

  • Parent coaching or mentoring sessions

  • Space for advisory discussions

  • Advice for navigating school and/or professionals meetings

  • EHCP guidance

  • Direct work with children and young people

  • Planning support packages

  • Signposting

  • Space to explore how your own neurodiversity shows up and map out supportive tools

What My Clients Say

George

"Working with Gemma has been such a joy - and truly transofrmational! She's supported me through retraining as a coach and setting up my own business, and all the challenges it's brought. No matter how stuck I feel going into a coaching session with Gemma, I always come away feeling lighter, motivated and empowered. Her coaching style is second to none: she always makes me feelm so heard and understood, but isn't afraid to challenge me when needed to shift my perspective or mindset. Thank you, Gemma!"
